CNE

Last Friday, on my way home to Brantford, I stopped at the CNE for 3 1/2 hours : I paid $ 7 to get into the CNE grounds and $15 for parking! I have a friend who's husband works for Ford in Oakville, and he got an employee discount so it was $7 instead of $12 to get in... I did find it ironic that, thanks to FORD, it was way cheaper to get in , than it was to PARK MY FORD... tsk...

aaaaanyway...... saw some really interesting sights while I was there.... not the least of which was the new Lower Budget Fire Trucks that Metro Toronto Fire Service is using..........



















Metro budget cuts must be BRUTAL!!!
