Inspecting with Steve Storey

One of the nicest benefits of coming to Lindsay, back in 2003, has been my friendship with Steve Storey ... he is one of the other inspectors at Farmers..... Steve and I, though completely opposite when it comes to cheering for hockey teams!!, are like peas in a pod... my pod is much BIGGER than his, but be that as it may........!

Steve is one of the Farm inspectors... Back in 2003, I was hired as the " Residence" inspector, and Steve as a " Farm " inspector..... but as our job has progressed, we've all been doing some residents, and some farms. I got to tag along with Steve a few times, to learn the ropes of the Farm inspections... Those times were memorable... we got to work and visit and we've also had breakfast or lunch at nearly EVERY small diner in Kawartha Lakes and Peterborough County!

Yesterday, again, I was out with Steve for a while.....

.... it wasn't a farm per se... but we did inspect some beef






























While Steve and I inspected the Beef part, his daughter inspected the bag of chips!!

Dawna was the only one really working... she was taking PICTURES!!
