Street Car Tracks....

I was inspecting in Toronto today..... heading west along Eglinton, there was a long stretch of road, ripped up, to put in some new Street Car Tracks....

check out this picture .....with all of the construction technology available and involved, ... they are still resorting to using DUCT TAPE!!!!
