Making Jam is MESSY

I have to admit... this week making the jam was not only WAY less fun with Anna not here, but it was uh... SLIGHTLY more messy.......................

I hope to make some strawberry jam this week too, however, my recipe is WAY less messy and a lot less work (on my part).

Of course, the yeild isn't as good as yours, but I don't need as much for just a few people.

Enjoy!

Hi Paul,
I ended up making strawberry jam too - when I first made a sandwich for the kids they had the audacity to say "No lumps in mine!" I didn't even know HOW to respond to that! The lumps are the strawberries which the jam is all about!!!

Lumps... I know... and YET.... I Like it better when the lumps are soft lumps.... store bought jam lumps are almost crunchy....

when Anna and I were doing the jam, she wanted LUMPS and I wanted them crushed as small as possible...

I swear, that girl is more mature than ME!
