Eery Night Sky
I was sitting at my desk a few minutes ago, with my windows open.... and out of NOWHERE the wind started blowing like crazy...... blowing paper off my desk, curtains flying.... was very freaky... I went outside and took some pictures ..... it was eery.... the setting on the camera made the photos look brighter than it really was out there.... I'm thinking we're in for a whopper storm in the next few minutes....

Ok, this is scary...I did exactly the same thing as you did, only earlier in the evening!!!
The clouds (yes, clouds) took on a reddish hue against a darkening sky. I also thought we were in for a doozy of a storm. I had to get a picture.
So, I got up from watching tv and dashed outside (camera in hand). Alas, after all that, I might not have any pictures, though...the batteries on the camera totally died!
