I'm a Dad, I have 3 incredible kids that live with their mom... if I were to have one priority in my life apart from God, it would be my kids! Some of my other interests include Southern Gospel Music, playing tuba, watching Hockey ( GO HABS GO ! ) ... and the Discovery Network!! I could live without the comedy network, but I don't know how I'd cope without the DISCOVERY NETWORK!!!

Hey! Does this mean I'm your friend when I get mentioned in your blog??
It's not just house prices ... it's yard work and looking at needing new windows and a new roof shingles in the next little bit ... all that "homeowner" stuff that's overhead above mortgage and regular expenses.
And ...the fact that I can't seem to find a good cabana boy to help me with it all!
But I have faith! God keeps blessing me! All we can do is take one day at a time!
Now ... watch that towel, will ya??

you need to find a whole subdivision of those houses, and get them to insure with farmers mutual... then you could inspect them... do about 30 in a day, and relax for the next 3 weeks :)
